My some users that should use my internal app with Cloudflare Zero Trust does not get an onetime pin email from Cloudflare. I’m using free plan so I cannot create a technical ticket with email and other details, so I want to write it in here. This error is only visible for some users in my team, I can get onetime pin code with no error.
This is very urgent for me, so any help will be perfect. If you know an email or other options that I can reach Cloudflare team, this is also perfect.
