Hi, I’m just curious about Zero Trust, if I have more than 50+ users, what should I pay? Do I need to pay 7 dollars for the 51st user or the total price of all users? There are some conversations about this, but I don’t understand it clearly. Also, can we use the “A la carte” option for only using Zero Trust OTP option? best regards,

It’s the same as other plans, it starts charging from the 1st user You can go back by downgrading your plan, which will take effect at the end of your current billing period e.g. if you normally get billed on the 7th then your downgrade will take effect on the 7th. Essentially what this means is they you continue having access for the days you paid for.

To put it simply: you pay for all users.

If you have 50 users for free and use all of them, then subscribe to a $7/mo plan to add a 51st user, you you will pay for 51 users which is 7 * 51 = $357/mo.

If you were happy with the free plan features though, you’d be best placed to purchase an Access “a la carte” plan for $3/user which for 51 users is 3 * 51 = $153/mo
