Cloudflare / Zendesk DNS Entries

We are trying to configure Zendesk. Redirected 2 mailboxes of 18 to go to Zendesk however when we followed the proposed steps to update the DNS entries it prohibited us from receiving external emails.

The grey blocked-out areas in the attached screenshot are specific to our domain.

If you’re using Office 365, just set up the forwarding there…
