Cloudflare working with BigCommerce

We are trying to use CloudFlare proxying with BigCommerce, but running into trouble when it sets the domain in the cookie. It puts this domain in there instead: store-gtc7x3vv2v. mybigcommerce com

When requesting store.heartmath com how do you get the Domain= part of a cookie in the RESPONSE to rewrite?

For now we’ve had to switch-off CloudFlare proxying and had to setup a GoDaddy SSL certificate until we can get this resolved and use CloudFlare again.

Thanks, below is the response headers…
