We are trying to downgrade to the Workers free plan, but it doesn’t work, when we click on the downgrade button it sends us to the subscriptions, and so on in a loop.
We are administrators of the account, and we have also already consulted the forum for an answer, but none has worked for us.
Are you an Administrator or the Super Administrator?
Super Administrators can manage billing, subscriptions and memberships while normal Administrators cannot.
Unless you are on the Enterprise plan, the account only has one Super Administrator.
