Cloudflare worker real-time Logs doesn't work

No matter which worker, click on Begin log stream, after a few seconds it shows
Could not establish websocket connection. Begin log stream to try again.
Using wrangler tail shows native tls error

It’s not only the command line, it doesn’t work on the dashboard, am I the only one?
