Cloudflare Worker Editor Missing Files or Broken

I have been using the cloudflare worker to edit a file for handling ingress messages to route to different services. It appears I can no longer access it. The worker appears to be still working, but how do I edit it?

The screen appears empty without my scripts

How do I get my script or edit my script?

Also this is the error im getting:

So through the wrangler I was able to find the deployment id, but how do I grab the code that was deployed?
