We’ve been under attack for some time, and I tried to update the settings in Cloudflare.
Now this error “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED” is driving me crazy. There is a problem with uploading media. I’ve changed the settings all back to their original settings.
Visit Cloudflare Dashboard > Security > Events and try to find out what security feature is blocking your PHP file. If it’s one of the new WAF Managed Rulesets, you may be able to fix it with a WAF Exception.
