Logged in, can’t file them
Used links from Cloudflare to get to abuse.cloudflare.com (used to work, now blocked)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Go to abuse.cloudflare.com. I either am told that I am blocked (ray ID 8f5b651c68d41c54) or the page is blank.

Where are you seeing these problems?

1. What ISP / provider, preferably their AS number?
   The AS number can be found here:

• https://bgp.he.net/

The ISP is One New Zealand Ltd.

Going to 1.1.1.1 I get 36692 and:

1.1.1.1 — One of the Internet’s Fastest, Privacy-First DNS Resolver

BGP Tools gives:

• One New Zealand Group Limited (AS9500)

And he.net gives:

Your ISP is AS9500 (One New Zealand Group Limited)
