Hello everyone!
Has anyone tried cloudflare on a fusionpbx server?
I installed to my local server FusionPBX, it’s working well, but since I want to access it remotely without exposing it to the internet with port forwarding, so I used cloudflare, I installed clouflare by following the steps in my account for port 443, I turned on “No TLS Verify” but the issue is that when I open it through my domain it’s opening the login page but when I add the username and password it’s not logging in to the dashboard, although in my local network using the IP in the browser instead of the domain I can enter the dashboard, so what’s the solution for that?
I don’t know how FusionPBX workers, but I would be surprised if it worked with tunnels. Cloudflared supports HTTP(S) remotely but if you need any TCP then all the clients that want to connect need cloudflared installed and logged in locally.
Thanks for your answer. Actually it’s just a platform that I use to monitor my call center. it’s on port 443, but let’s say I need to connect cloudflared and log in locally, how can I do that? Because it’s also installed locally but still can’t login
If you are just using 443 then you shouldn’t need to run it locally. As for why it isn’t working, you might want to look at the configuration of the server, as maybe it expects the host to be the IP and not the full domain. You can also check the browser console logs to see if you see any errors.
Do you know how should I change the configuration?
It would be in FusionPBX settings.
