Cloudflare Warp (VPN) exploit on Cloudflare websites?

Under network settings I have “IPv6 Compatibility” set to disabled for 6 years.

However we got someone mass generating accounts from ips like these which are supposedly cloudflare ips but they aren’t announced anywhere.

So Cloudflare Warp can bypass Cloudflare website security settings?

They are listed here

That’s not helpful. I know it is a cloudflare IP, but it isn’t supposed to be allowed when I have IPv6 Compatibility disabled.

I already have this set in Nginx, so I believe this bypass might be caused by Cloudflare Warp.
