Cloudflare WARP is blocking all Microsoft Store server communications.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
- Download and install the latest version of Cloudflare WARP for Windows 10. At this time, using CF WARP 2025.2.600.0 (latest version).
- Visit the MS Store, then download and install the following apps: MSN News and Daily Mail Online.
- Enable Cloudflare WARP.
- Open either app (MSN News or Dail Mail Online). You will notice communications with Microsoft Store servers has been blocked. No data is displayed on the screen.
- Disable Cloudflare WARP or switch to Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and everything returns to normal.
