If my nearest location on speed.cloudflare.com is NEW DELHI why am i getting connected to mumbai on warp.
Also, not every location is enabled for Warp due to a multitude of factors.

I am getting connected to 1.1.1.1 through delhi why not warp then

That is not public knowledge, unfortunately. They also vary from time to time.
