Searched through the dashboard for a way to change nameservers.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Cloudflare is our domain registrar and we received an email stating the following. Don’t see an option to change the two name servers assigned to our domain. We only have the free plan.
[domain name] is not being protected or accelerated by Cloudflare yet. Please update your nameservers.
We could not add [domain name] to your account because your nameservers (NS) are not yet pointing to Cloudflare.
How to update nameservers for [domain name]:

  1. Log into your domain registrar (See instructions)
  2. Replace your current nameserver records with these two:
raphaela.ns.cloudflare venkat.ns.cloudflare (truncated because a post was rejected for having too many urls.)
Note: For Cloudflare to work properly, these should be the ONLY two nameservers listed at your registrar.
Want to review your DNS records?
On your dashboard, go to your domain and visit DNS → Records
    Need more help?
Refer to our documentation or reach out to the Cloudflare community.

The Cloudflare Team

May I ask if you’re using the correct Cloudflare account to manage this domain name, or rather add a Website/zone?

Currently active are josh and samara, however raphaela and venkat seems to resolve for your domain:

Since the domain name is registered with Cloudflare Registrar, you’re not able to change domain nameservers at Cloudflare.

If you keep getting the error, can you create a Registrar ticket and share your ticket number here? You can open a Registrar ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

Thank you for your assistance. Let me first acknowledge my very limited knowledge. I had registered a domain name for this non-profit at Cloudflare and created an admin account for our developer to link it to a WordPress web site hosted elsewhere.
They received this message from Cloudflare.
Please point me to documentation where I can learn the steps needed to overcome this obstacle and tie the web site to this domain name.
Thank you.
