Cloudflare VPN 1.1.1.1 don`t work with russian sourses

Ukraine has blocked Russian websites such as:



vk.com
Cloudflare VPN 1.1.1.1 does not provide access to these resources from today. What`s happened?

The thing is that 1.1.1.1 is not a VPN… It’s just a DNS resolver.

It’s simply proxying 1.1.1.1 requests to itself because mobile OSes do not allow custom DNS servers on mobile and even on WiFi sometimes. It’s not a VPN as you intend it.
