Cloudflare “Verifying You Are Human” Stuck

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried using a mobile hotspot, different browsers, clearing cache and cookies, disabled browser extensions.

Is your browser up to date? If the loop continues, it’s either you are being blocked by the site and/or you have malware on your device. You tried on the mobile hotspot, did you try on a different/the mobile device?

I’ve not tried different mobile hotspot but with the same wifi, I can do the CAPTCHA on my phone and other devices. Just my laptop that doesn’t work.

That feels a lot like malware on that device if other devices on the same network are not challenged

Sorry for confusion. The Cloudflare’s “Verifying you are human” security check works on my phone using the same Wi-Fi connection, but it fails on my laptop. I’m also running a full virus scan on my laptop to see if there’s any malware

Thank you, feels device-specific, let us know what the scan reveals. Also, you may want to try, if you have not, a different browser on the laptop.

The scan is done. It said no threats found and I also tried Edge and FireFox, it didn’t work.
