Well, there’s a reason why the form requires a domain and providing bogus data is not very helpful. So it’s impossible to provide proper advice, but if you just want to challenge a static path you can create a firewall rule with this expression and the challenge of your choice.

You need to configure it at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/waf/custom-rules and CAPTCHA should also be dropped at some point. You can choose Interactive or Managed.

It is very hard to test an active captcha as it is our IP detected as a valid IP for Cloudflare.
Can be tested somehow working captcha?
Simply adjust the expression to include your IP address as well.
It seems it is not stable Firewall command.
Please find an image and it does not detect Europe. Is there any mistake in a rule?
