I am trying to verify our account. I submit verification under profile, and nothing is showing up. I have searched spam as well. As I have just confirmed the email to set up the community account, I know it’s not me.

It’s not, I did see your email on our block list and have remove it, can you give it a try again? Sorry for the issues.
