What is the domain name?
privatevpn.com/ opens, then
privatevpn.com/prices/ → unable to open website. Cloudflare stalls. Tech support at privateVPN is unable to resolve.

Describe the issue you are having:
Cloudflare is unable to handshake to pass from the front page to the buynow page at privatevpn.com preventing sales from transacting on safari browsers

What error message or number are you receiving?
verifying… cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

1. I reloaded,
2. I tried rapid refreshes.
3. I tried private web.
4. I tested internet connection 400+MBP no jitter low latency.
5. I ran a tracert to privatevpn
6. I logged into my own cloudflare account to see if cloudflare is having widespread error.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
Yes

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

1. click on the privatevpn.com site.
2. Click the buy now link using a safari browser

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?
Yes, I tried from Safari Version 16.5.1 (18615.2.9.11.7) Incognito mode.
