Cloudflare Turnstile Not Working on Page Submit

I just migrated from Google recaptcha to CloudflareTurnstile, however i am getting an error on form submission.

I have created a new domain for site and secret key. moreover, when i embed the code in your Codeignitor 3 Project the view seems perfect and the captcha shown. Once i submit the form it gives me error as:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access this resource.

CloudflareTurnstile snipet:

Please note the same form submit is working with out CloudflareTurnstile.
