What is the issue you’re encountering
I’ve created and re-created a Windows 11 RDP tunnel multiple times and it still shows as a DEGRADED tunnel
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
This is an RDP tunnel on a Windows 11 Pro machine and still shows degraded. I’m not sure what this is telling me nor how to fix the error. I have two other tunnels created and both show HEALTHY. Therefore, I don’t feel this is a router issue or network port issue(?). Of note the two which shows HEALTHY has the CONNECTOR ID attached to 3 or 4 data centers respectively. The degraded tunnel is only attached to one data center. Is this why its degraded?
