Can anyone tell me how often the trusted Cloudflare IPs change?? This list IP Ranges
Is there any email send with the information about changes??

I don’t know about email alerts. They haven’t changed in the last couple of years I’ve been using them in my firewall rules. This question has been asked before and nobody can remember any recent changes.
We typically notify our ENT customers directly and would add a blog post at a minimum I believe. As @sdayman mentioned we have not made any changes in quite some time and AFAIK none are currently planned.

While I can’t recall any changes (at least, not within the log rotation
period of my firewall), the IP list files were updated recently:
[~]curl --head --silent https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4 | find “Modified”
Last-Modified: Fri, 06 Apr 2018 18:28:12 GMT
[~]curl --head --silent https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v6 | find “Modified”
Last-Modified: Fri, 06 Apr 2018 18:28:12 GMT
No idea what the significant of this is (or whether the files are
rebuilt dynamically even if the list hasn’t changed)?
