Please don’t ignore this ticket. I have no unpaid invoice. But still getting from the last week: could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object ▲ products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in X your Billing page. Domain is: qrcodescanner.co I already saw the https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ and found the Billing Subscription Update and Invoice Issues as in Investigating state What’s actually happening here can you confirm please? I tried adding same domain on a different CF account, but the same error. But when I tried adding another domain name, I was able to select the free plan. I think it is domain level issue.
“Search on Google” you will find people facing this issue from October 2024, December 2024, January 2025 etc…
