Cloudflare team 1.1.1.1 ssl certificate error

Suddenly,my cloudflare team have this issue when I use 1.1.1.1 app,”ssl certificate error.please contact your administrator.”

Why make that issue happen and how to solve it?I’ve tried to search the error message in google,but I didn’t find any solution can help.

It sounds like your Teams administrator has enabled L7 filtering. In order for Cloudflare to inspect SSL traffic an SSL certificate needs to be deployed to the client machines.

Install the Cloudflare root certificate · Cloudflare for Teams documentation

If deploying via MDM your teams administrator / IT group should include the certificate in a device profile to ensure it is deployed to devices along with the application.
