I have submitted a ticket to Cloudflare support but all I get are automated emails. I can’t view that status as it says I don’t have portal access, even though I am paying for support. I find this lack of response extremely unprofessional.

Yeah i was honestly hoping to just get the attention of Cloudflare support since i am getting nothing from the actual support ticket.
