I have submitted a ticket to Cloudflare support but all I get are automated emails. I can’t view that status as it says I don’t have portal access, even though I am paying for support. I find this lack of response extremely unprofessional.

There are no steps that can be taken to fix this issue

Create any CNAME or TXT record
It never shows up when queried

Can you give the CNAME and TXT records you are trying to set? A screenshot of your DNS records would be useful.

Yeah i was honestly hoping to just get the attention of Cloudflare support since i am getting nothing from the actual support ticket. Here is the DNS config, I am honestly not sure how anyone but them would be able to fix it. I manage a ton of other DNS on Cloudflare and have never had this problem before:

Hello,
I think there is a propagation problem as it is not resolving on MXToolbox or https://digwebinterface.com/ with multiple resolvers.

Any thoughts?

It’s all ok. Are you just entering the domain name? You need to enter the whole hostname to look it up.
