At first I thought it was a slow response from the billing support team.
I logged in to the support page and under the my tickets tab I couldn’t see any cases.
When I directly access the support page detail link sent to my email, nothing is displayed.
Does this mean that all the tickets I wrote have not been sent to the support team and that I have been waiting for 3 months for nothing?
What steps do I need to take to contact the billing team directly?
My Tickets Number are 01470813, 01403019, 01389962

Sorry for the issues. Not seeing the cases is a known issue the Support team is working to fix. Until they do, you’ll need to communicate with Support by responding to the ticket. Note, duplicate tickets slow the reply time for you and everyone else reaching out to Support.
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. I suspect they’ll merge the duplicate tickets into the most recent ticket. No more tickets are necessary. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
Thank you for your reply. I have previously noticed that billing support is not available in the community. I suspected that my tickets were lost without being forwarded to the support team as there was no response for a long time and my cases were not visible.
So my ticket is still valid, just not visible? I’ll wait a little longer.
