Cloudflare support ticket has gone a month without response

We submitted a support ticket through the help center almost a month ago but haven’t heard anything yet from support. I submitted another ticket today about the same issue, but would love to be able to chat with support. Is there any way I can get these tickets escalated?

Currently, it’s available only for the Business and Enterprise plan type.

Sounds like pretty long delay, obviously due to the recent Support Helpdesk incident and batch queue.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket.

The Community cannot assist with Billing, Account nor Registrar issues.
