Cloudflare Support ticket escalation


I have a new ticket that has been opened since 2/13 and I haven’t received even a initial response on. I’m not even sure if an engineer has been assigned. I’m on the Pro plan so I can’t use live chat to try and escalate.

Any chance someone from Cloudflare can take a peek and see if I’m just waiting in a queue or lost somehow? The ticket number is 2705204. Thanks!
