Cloudflare Support support ticket follow up and escalation

Hi,

I have a ticket opened for a month related to performance issue, but support technician was approached to gather information and preliminary analyze, but no further update or recommendation after provided additional info. The last update was 7 days ago.

Please advise how I can do some escalation to follow up the case as since our management is losing patience on this.

Thanks a lot for flagging. I can see the performance difference between SFO and SJC. Our team is looking into it currently and we should be able to reach out in the ticket with next steps.
