Cloudflare’s Customer Support team is seeking a Technical Trainer to join our support training team based in the US. You will work with our technical support engineers to help them develop new and expand existing skill sets. This is a position where you will be working directly with internal teams including, support, product, engineering, success, solutions, security and more.
What you’ll do
- Deliver live, hands-on training
- Help to develop & design training courses and labs
- Help to create training content
- Help to develop online trainings and e-learnings
- Build training lab environments
- Help to develop and deliver technical training for external audiences, such as customers and partners
