Multiple tickets have been opened, two as urgent. But they are immediately marked as resolved and never replied to.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Raised support tickets. Tickets are auto-closed and even when re-opened, never replied to.

Sorry to raise this as a community post but there is no way to progress these issues with Cloudflare. There is no other way to contact Cloudflare. The tickets are immediately resolved and never replied to. The live chat option does not work either.
We are paying for Zero Trust and had issues for over a week now without being able to raise an issue successfully.
Just to confirm, are you paying for ZT on a free zone? I believe zones on the free plan (even if you are paying for other services), default to the free support tier.
If you can share the issues you are facing, we can escalate the ticket as long as it’s a problem on CFs end; i.e, it requires an engineer to fix something on the backend to solve the problem.
If the issue you have is configuration/usage related, you will get a much faster reply from the community + CF team members that visit the community.
Same with me and I’m pro. Haven’t heard back in like two weeks.

Sorry about the auto-closing tickets. I see that the last three are open. I have merged the three into 01204949, and escalated to the Zero Trust team. You should be hearing back in the next 24-hours.
I have a similar yet unusual issue here too. I can raise tickets via the support page with my login, I receive (no-reply) emails about the tickets, however when I log on to see/respond to them they are not there. It seems that they are being placed in a different account/login which I don’t have access to. Therefore I can’t use tickets to resolve this. I need to contact someone via chat or telephone.
