I opened a ticket in our account 11 days ago and so far no one from Cloudflare has answered so far.

Is this the normal behavior?

What plan are you on?
Business + some extensions.
The problem is that there are issues which you cannot work around via the UI or API.
Background:
We have a S3 storage behind CF and S3 relies on signing header fields.
We already deactivated caching completely but there are still some requests were CF is affecting the communication and therefore breaks the protocol.
