How on earth do we contact CloudFlare support concerning domains that we transferred in that failed and we still get billed for them? I’ve tried using their support email address ([email protected]). No response for over a week. Their site says to login and click “Contact Support” which I did and it only leads me back here.
To initiate the transfers again it seems that we get billed the fee again. Not sure where to go and suddenly not feeling so good about transferring my clients’ names in knowing that there seems to be little to no support.
