Cloudflare Stream - understand service minutes

I am thinking to use Cloudflare stream for my early-age startup and I like to understand the streaming minutes with an example -

In the case of one broadcaster live streaming to 100 viewers for 60 minutes, what will be minutes considered for this case?

1 broadcaster * 100 viewers * 60 mins = 6000 minutes.

streaming cost = 6000 * $1 = $6000
storage cost = 60* $5 = 300
total = $6300

OR

1 broadcaster * 60 mins = 6000 minutes. (which means, irrespective of the number of viewers)

streaming cost = 60 * $1 = $60
storage = 60 * $5 = $300
total = $360

Please help me to understand this.

Thanks!

$1 per 1000min viewed, so 6000 => 6$.
Last month we had 138k minutes viewed resulting in $138 bill
