Cloudflare Stream features request

Hello,

Here are some features that I wish Cloudflare Stream had:

  1. Ability to add delays to live streams
  2. DVR - The ability to seek back while a source is live
  3. The ability to create clips from live streams while the source is live
  4. Caption support to live streams - either by POSTing captions to a URL or by uploading a pre-made file
  5. The ability to customize the “Stream has not started yet.” message and add a custom background image
