Is it possible to enable a particular caption on video start without having to click on the controls? We are using the React player.
Not right now but this is definitely something we should have! There was already a feature request internally tracked on this, but I’ll make sure we address it sooner.

Hi Renan, any updates on this? We really want the player to display captions by default.
Been waiting since last year as well. Are there any updates on this? For some customers it is a very important feature.
We are actively working on this feature and should have some good news to share in coming weeks!
