Cloudflare stopped serving my website to my users

A couple of days ago CF completely stopped serving traffic to my users. A page would load after 30 seconds if at all. When requesting from my origin server it was instant.
To mitigate this I’ve disabled CF proxy for my blog but not for my videos. My video origin server wouldn’t handle that.
Videos don’t load at all and looking at the analytics for data served it doesn’t load for anyone. I would usually serve 15TB per day mostly from cached video’s now its only 30GB.
Hoping someone can point me in a direction for where to look.

30TB a day… well thats very very much.
Did you get any notification from CloudFlare, I really can imagine they would just stop without any notice or whatsoever?

That’s also the thought I jumped to first but I haven’t heard anything from them I even opened a support ticket couple of days ago but heard nothing from them yet.

I assume you are on free plan? Then creating tickets can take a while.

May you have already read this?
