I received a bill from December, but the charges for image transformation were too high. I immediately disabled image transformation in January, yet I still received a higher bill that month. Today, I received another image transformation bill. I created a ticket, but my case has not been resolved yet, so the problem persists.
This month’s invoice shows a period from 26/01 to 26/02 with a charge of 179,755, but the image transformation tab shows 0 out of 5000 in the last 30 days. What is going on?
In my previous ticket, I highlighted how I could stop this, but nobody provided me with any direction.
