Cloudflare still shows invalid nameservers

What is the name of the domain?

da.com.bn

What is the issue you’re encountering

It has been more than 48 hours since our registrar has updated our nameservers to the assigned Cloudflare nameservers. Checking whois shows the correct Cloudflare nameservers. However, it still shows invalid nameservers on the Cloudflare portal. Furthermore, DNS checker shows the old nameservers still (digital ocean), but whois is showing the correct cloudflare nameservers.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Informed our registrar that the DNS checker still shows digital ocean nameservers, but they insisted that whois already shows cloudflare nameservers.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Nameservers

While you have set the Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar and it shows in the WHOIS, the .bn registry has not changed them in their nameservers so the change is not in the DNS…

Ask your registrar to get it fixed. For some small country ccTLDs, changing nameservers can be a manual process so can be slow or missed.
