Cloudflare still seems to be serving up CSS files even after pausing it completely

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I paused Cloudflare and switched off DNS proxies but when I go to my site and view the headers for my CSS file I’m still seeing cf-cache-status: HIT

The site is currently using the Cloudflare proxy…

If you think you have turned it off, can you show a screenshot?

I’m pretty sure it is. Here’s a couple screenshots:

I noticed the nameservers in the report you sent don’t match the ones I see when looking at the DNS settings for this domain. Your report shows ben and else and when I look at the DNS settings in CF I see alfred and saanvi…

You are not in the Cloudflare account where the domain is currently active. The domain is active with nameservers ben and elsa

No other nameservers resolve so the status of the domain in the account you are logged in to is probably “Complete Setup”.

You need to either log into the account where the domain is active and configure there, or make the domain active in the account you are currently logged in to by selecting a plan and changing the nameservers at your registrar to match those in the new account.
