Cloudflare status stuck on Pending Nameserver Update

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare is not picking up a nameserver change hence the domain is stuck on: “Pending Nameserver Update”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have looked up the NS records online and everywhere they are poiting to santino.ns.cloudflare.com & leia.ns.cloudflarer.com. I have also checked the domain status and its showing status: Active

You did not change the nameservers, but only added two NS entries to your existing DNS configuration. You need to change the nameservers at your registrar.

Thanks for the reply, this is an external registrar so i am not in control. I will contact them once again
