Cloudflare SSL Not Appearing

I added my site to Cloudflare, I did everything right. I chose optimized hosting, but it only shows Let’sEncrypt or ZeroSSL. This in a duration of 3 months. My Certificate is 15 years old. I did a 1 year certificate but it was the same.

Are you referring to an Origin Certificate?

Yes, Origin Certificate

Origin Certificates are what goes on your origin server. Only Edge Certificates are showing to users.

In Edge Certificates it appears LetsEncrypt and Sectigo and not Cloudflare. I think Cloudlare appears only for those who pay.

Cloudflare is not a certificate authority. Certificates are issued through partners including Let’s Encrypt.

Building off what @cscharff said

Cloudflare issues certifications from Let’s Encrypt and Google Trust Services

All of these CAs support a maximum length of 90 days, and Cloudflare handles the automatic renewal of those certificates.

The Cloudflare “issued” certificates are a part of Digicert which is being deprecated.

Cloudflare provides a Universal SSL certificate for your domain that is valid for your domain - we will automatically renew it for you, so you don’t need to worry about the 3 month expiry.

If you want to deploy a certificate from one of our other authorities you can order an advanced certificate or you can upload a custom SSL certificate - both are additional paid offerings.
