I have a custom business, and I wish to know if it is applicable or not. I want to use the Cloudflare free SSl on my primary domain like https://www.mywebsite.com and use my custom wildcard SSL on the other subdomains https://abc.mywebsite.com , https://xyz.mywebsite.com … etc

You can certainly do this. Just make sure your subdomains are set to 
so visitors go directly to your server with your custom SSL certificates. Your main domain can be set to 
and use Cloudflare SSL on your main site.
