Cloudflare SSL and Cloud-Based CRM issue

For my domain I use the DNS from Cloudlfare with SSL/TLS encryption mode Full. No issues there.

I created a subdomain pointing to a Cloud-Based CRM application.

The Cloudflare SSL and Cloud-Based CRM SSL create an issue. Their response to this issue is that I should disable the SSL for the subdomain I have pointed to their Cloud-Based CRM application to avoid conflicts. How do I do that?

One is turn off the proxy record :ngrey: or else I am not sure but there is a page rule to turn off the SSL
