Yes your latency to SJC is why it’s slow, unfortunately at these times I believe Cloudflare is prioritising local PoPs for users on the paid plans, especially in Asia
Edit: For completeness, i’d also like to add that your ISP is also a determining factor in which PoP you will be served by when you visit a website on Cloudflare
