Traffic routing through cloudflare’s salt lake city is being blocked. it is impacting the eduroam network at BYU, UVU, UofU, and at many k-12 schools.

Students trying to update code and build packages are being impacted by cloudflare.

passing through, “-c” to use anaconda.org as a mirror is also being blocked and resulting in 404 errors.

As are attempts to download anaconda from Download Now | Anaconda when the traffic is being routed through Cloudflare’s Salt Lake City node.

Testing through an AT&T hotspot that is not routing traffic through SLC is successful, suggesting that the issue is with the node in SLC.

Traffic through Google Fiber in Utah is also impacted.
