CloudFlare sites only down for users around Texas

It works fine when they access it directly, but it seems like all my sites are returning 523 error to users from around Texas area in the US.

It’s online completely fine for everyone else in Europe and USA.

Any ideas on what it could be and how to troubleshoot what the cause is? My server is hosted with OVH.I doubt it’s an OVH related issue though since it works fine for everyone else… And the IP’s are IPv6.

Ask Greg Abbott. Just kidding. What is your site? I’ll visit it from Texas and let you know what I see. I’m able to visit four sites I run from the 75219 zip code area.
