In the DNS records, the IP address is: 107.180.116.121. However, when accessing the website “tiendamundial.com,” Cloudflare shows a different destination IP: Screenshot by Lightshot. Due to this system action, our page is blocked by the firewall.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Refresh the DNS records.
Delete the records and recreate the A-type DNS records.
Clear the cache from Cloudflare.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
According to the screenshot, you are seeing the IP addresses for the Cloudflare Proxy, because the Proxy status for the A record(s) have been set to Proxied ().
If you require to see your own IP addresses for a specific DNS record, you need to change the Proxy status for that DNS record to Unproxied () / DNS-only.
If you require the public DNS hierarchy to reflect the exact IP address, that you’re adding in your Cloudflare DNS zone, - then that will be all you need to do.
