I’m having a persistent issue with my domain nben.com.np and Cloudflare. Despite setting the correct nameservers at my domain registrar:
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Double-checked and saved the nameservers again on my registrar.
Confirmed DNS propagation globally through multiple tools.
Checked WHOIS data, which reflects the correct Cloudflare nameservers.
Flushed local DNS cache.
Waited well over 48 hours for propagation.
Confirmed the domain is active and not expired.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Hi, I did and they mentioned it’s already configured but still has issues in Cloudflare. So, I removed and readded the same domain and it shows this error
Is there any solution for this ?? I have been trying to connect to Cloudflare since last Friday and it’s almost a week, I tried to link on another Cloudflare account but I still have a similar error.
@Laudian already answered the question. The registrar’s support is incorrect.
Provide them with this link and as you can see only a single nameserver is being returned.
Unfortunately until your registrar fixes the error the domain will not validate. There is nothing Cloudflare or the community can do to resolve this error as it is a problem with the com.np nameservers. Those are not managed by Cloudflare.
Thank you for your guidance. However, I checked the domain I have with the same registrar using the link you provided and observed a similar response pattern:
You can very clearly see that for the domain on the right side, it shows two nameservers (sage and donna). The domain on the left side only has one nameserver (ada).
Same as before. They need to ensure that the registry announces the correct nameservers that you have configured to be used.
