Cloudflare says I need to change the nameservers, but cloudflare is the registrar. I can’t change the nameservers in cloudflare and am pretty sure cloudflare is the registrar.

You have likely added your domain to a second Cloudflare account and are not logged into the account where the domain is currently registered and active…

If you can’t find the domain here, you are in the wrong account…

Use the email address you used to register the domain to log in, that may have been using iCloud or Google if you can’t remember.
